Meet The Registered Manager
After retiring from an accomplished career spanning over 30 years as a social worker, our Registered Manager, Betty, couldn’t ignore the growing need for high-quality care in the community. Driven by a deep passion for supporting others, she decided to return to the sector to make a meaningful impact once again.
Previously, she founded and successfully ran a care company from 1993, leading a team of highly skilled carers who delivered exceptional, person-centered support for decades. With an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, they bring a wealth of expertise, leadership, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
Now at the helm of our care service, her mission is to ensure that individuals in our community receive the compassionate, tailored support they deserve, delivered with the same dedication and quality they’ve championed throughout their career.
